Maplewood Estates is a Mobile
Home Park, home to about 400 owners. There are no rental units. The park opened in 1980, then located
in what might be described as a sparsely settled area of Omaha. Since then, the area has developed into a
premier residential neighborhood. The Park is adjacent to a large collection of retail outlets, including resturants,
food stores, department stores, book stores, banks, schools and many other businesses providing easy access for residents
of the Park .
In addition to home sites the park offers a club house and two swimming pools, RV parking
and storm shelters for use by the park residents
